Delivery Areas
JeezMart currently focuses on UK delivery unless we expressly agree otherwise for a specific order. Some remote postcodes may have extra delivery charges or different handling times.
Delivery Providers
We may use Evri or other couriers depending on product type, destination, parcel size, availability, and operational requirements.
Delivery Costs
Delivery cost, free delivery eligibility, and remote-area surcharges are calculated at checkout where applicable. Bulk order delivery may be quoted separately by email.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific service. Where no other timeframe is agreed, goods are normally delivered within 30 days as required by consumer law.
Dispatch And Tracking
Tracking information is provided when dispatched for normal customer and guest orders where available. Trade or dropshipper order updates may be handled through dashboard or admin workflows.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an address is wrong or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, fail, or require additional support.
Failed Or Missed Delivery
If a courier cannot complete delivery, follow the courier instructions where available and contact JeezMart if you need help. Extra charges may apply where redelivery or correction is required due to inaccurate information.
Bulk Orders
