Using The Website

You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse accounts, scrape protected areas, submit false information, or abuse checkout, review, support, or returns systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Products, Availability, And Images

We aim to keep product information, images, prices, and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. Product images are for guidance. Availability can change before an order is accepted or dispatched.

Prices, Taxes, And Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges or remote-area surcharges are shown before checkout where applicable. VAT is included in customer product prices where applicable and shown in the checkout/order breakdown. Trade or dropshipper pricing may show VAT calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe or, for approved trade accounts, through approved credit arrangements where enabled.

Order Acceptance

An order is accepted when we confirm it or send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, unavailable products, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or other operational problems.

Dropshipper And Trade Accounts

Dropshipper and trade accounts are subject to approval. Separate pricing, margin, credit, invoice, and fulfilment rules may apply. Dropshipper orders may be managed through dashboard or admin workflows and may not receive the normal customer order emails.

Bulk Orders

Normal checkout is limited to 50 items. For orders over 50 items, email Support.jeezmart@gmail.com with product names, quantities, delivery address, and contact number.

Delivery And Risk

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. You must provide accurate delivery details. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

Returns And Cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and wrong-item processes are explained on our Returns & Refunds page.

Reviews And User Content

Reviews and submitted content must be honest, lawful, relevant, and non-abusive. JeezMart may moderate, reject, or remove inappropriate content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for indirect business losses, lost profits, or losses caused by misuse of the site, inaccurate information supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes And Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction unless consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.
