Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 July 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using our website. By placing an order or creating an account with us, you agree to be bound by them.

About Us

JeezMart ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. Our registered company name is JEEZ LIMITED. Our address is Unit 1, 70 Woodhead Road, South Nitshill Ind Estate, G53 7NN. Contact us at Support.jeezmart@gmail.com.

Definitions

  • "Goods" means any product listed for sale on the site.
  • "Consumer" means an individual buying goods wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • "Trade Customer" means an approved dropshipper or trade account holder purchasing for business or resale purposes.
  • "Contract" means the contract between you and us for the sale of goods, formed as described in the Orders, Contract Formation & Payment section below.

Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Guest Checkout

You do not need an account to buy from us. Guest checkout is available for all standard retail orders.

Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We try to describe and price products accurately. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Occasionally an item may be mispriced or its description may contain an error. If we discover this before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order at no charge.

We currently sell general household and retail goods. We do not sell any age-restricted products.

Trade & Dropshipper Accounts

JeezMart offers an approved trade and dropshipper account tier for business customers, in addition to standard retail accounts. Trade accounts may be offered credit account terms where agreed individually with the account holder, an internal store credit or wallet system (our own ledger, used in place of or alongside card payment, and not a third-party payment method), and invoicing where applicable.

To apply, you'll need to provide your company name, company registration number, VAT number, business email, business website, and business address. Approval is at our discretion.

TikTok Affiliate Program

We operate an affiliate program via TikTok. Orders placed through a valid affiliate link may carry a referral code, which is recorded against the order for commission-tracking purposes. This has no effect on the price you pay.

Bulk Orders

Normal checkout is limited to 50 items. For orders over 50 items, email Support.jeezmart@gmail.com with product names, quantities, delivery address, and contact number to arrange a bulk order.

Orders, Contract Formation & Payment

Placing an order through our checkout is an offer by you to buy the goods. A contract is formed once we accept your order, typically confirmed by an order confirmation email, not simply when you submit payment details.

We accept payment by card via Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment fields and are never seen or stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not accept PayPal or any other payment method for standard retail orders. Approved trade accounts may also use their store credit or wallet balance, where applicable.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only; international shipping is not standard. Delivery timeframes and courier details are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. We primarily use Evri to deliver orders, and may also use other reputable couriers where needed to get your order to you reliably.

Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided, unless you've asked us to deliver to a nominated third party, in which case risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to that person.

Your Right To Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a Consumer buying at a distance, that is, online, you have a statutory right to return your order within 14 days, starting from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, without giving a reason. To return, contact us at Support.jeezmart@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision.

This right does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised;
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods);
  • Goods with a seal for health protection or hygiene reasons, once that seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

If you return within the cooling-off period, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you're returning them. We'll provide a prepaid return label, so you won't need to cover the cost of returning the goods. We'll refund you, including standard delivery charges but not any premium delivery upgrade you chose, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence you've sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may deduct an amount from your refund if the goods' value has been reduced through handling beyond what's reasonably needed to check them, as you would in a shop.

This cooling-off right is separate from, and additional to, your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods below.

Faulty, Misdescribed, Or Not-As-Described Goods

If you are a Consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you additional statutory rights regardless of the cooling-off period above. In summary: within 30 days of delivery, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a full refund once the goods have been returned to us. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that isn't possible or doesn't resolve the issue, a refund, which may be reduced to reflect use you've had of the goods.

Full details of how to make a claim are on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

Reviews

If you've completed a verified order, you may leave a star rating and written review of the product. All reviews are moderated before publication. We may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or not based on a genuine purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to submit false or fraudulent orders, attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation, scrape, resell, or misuse content from the site, or impersonate another person when creating an account or leaving a review.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as necessary to use the site normally, such as viewing a product page in your browser.

Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Scots law. Subject to that, our liability to Consumers is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

For Trade Customers, additional or different liability terms may apply as agreed in your individual trade account agreement.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. For independent advice, you may contact Citizens Advice at www.citizensadvice.org.uk or call 0808 223 1133.

Events Outside Our Control

We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruption, extreme weather, or industrial action.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a UK consumer to bring proceedings in your own part of the UK where consumer law entitles you to do so.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the business operates. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change.
